Instructions for Use:

Carefully open the sachet and remove the patch.
Peel off the transparent protective film.

Wait 10–15 minutes to feel the warming effect
Leave the patch in place for up to 24 hours, then replace it with a new one if needed.
The patch can be trimmed with scissors if a smaller size is required.
The warming effect can be reactivated by wetting the patch.
